📖Core ConceptsObserve → Reflect → Evolve

Observe → Reflect → Evolve

Turtles don't just follow instructions — they get smarter over time. This is the evolution cycle that makes each Turtle uniquely adapted to you.

Observe

Every tick, your Turtle quietly records what's happening around it — how long you've been idle, what time it is, which devices are on, what the temperature is.

It doesn't act on this data immediately. It just watches and remembers.

Reflect

After accumulating enough observations, the AI steps in to analyze patterns it would be impossible for you to notice:

  • "You leave for lunch at 12:15 on weekdays, but 1pm on weekends"
  • "You ignore the first reminder but always respond to the second"
  • "Temperature drops faster on Mondays because the window is open"
  • This reflection happens periodically and automatically — no human input required.

    Evolve

Based on what it learns, the Turtle adjusts its own behavior:

  • Shifts reminder timing to match your real schedule
  • Skips notifications it knows you'll ignore
  • Pre-heats the room 10 minutes earlier on cold days
  • Every change is small, gradual, and logged. Nothing is irreversible.

What this looks like over time

Day 7 — 🌱 Starts observing. Records environment data silently.

Day 30 — 🧠 Discovers patterns. "Weekday idle threshold is shorter than weekends."

Day 90 — 🧬 Self-evolves. Weekday and weekend strategies are now completely different — all auto-tuned.

Day 365 — 🐢 Fully autonomous. It knows your habits better than you do. Seasons, holidays, guests — it adapts to everything.

The longer a Turtle runs, the better it gets. No maintenance required.
